Ernie Ball MusicMan Axis Super Sport ( Piezo) .

What can I say about this instrument, for me it covers all bases, its unbelievably versatile.

 

I first noticed these at a guitar show where I saw Alex Hutchings using one similar, notwithstanding the fact that Alex is a mindblowing guitairst, I got talking to him about the Axis.

 

I then saw Jamie Humphries using this model, with the Piezo bridge system, again, just a great sound, I had to have one....

 

I trawled the internet for months before spotting this one on the old Music Radar site ( now www.fretboard.com) , I made contact and then travelled from the midlands to Kendal to collect and I wasnt disapointed, the guy had another 2 EB models, so clearly a fan but he couldnt keep them all. 

 

2 Humbuckers, 5Way switch,  3Way switch for Piezo bridge, Tremolo, locking everything, just ace.
